What is our Client Portal?
Our client portal is a secure website that provides access to your personal mental health information regardless of your location. What follows are some specific features you’ll experience through our portal.
Scheduling, Cancelling and Rescheduling—Managing your appointments is way easier with our portal as well. You can look back at previous appointments and monitor the frequency of them. You can also easily schedule, reschedule, and cancel your appointments online.
Secure Messaging— Our secure message function is easier than sending an email! You can securely message your DCNE provider through the portal. This way you don’t have to use email and have a third party email host also read what you’re saying to your therapist. If you’re having a mental health emergency you should call 911 or go to the closest emergency room to seek urgent care.
Client Privacy—Your privacy is of the highest priority. By signing up for our portal and creating a username and password, you’ll have a secure way of accessing your health information. By using the client portal, you and your treatment team can securely communicate and share information.
Easy Access to Your Medical Records—With our client portal, you no longer have to call or stop by our office to get your mental health records. You can simply go online to see and download your records or recent assessment results.
Financial Management Made Easy—Our client portal allows you to look over your billing history and determine whether you have any outstanding payments. You can also securely make payments through our system. You can also access the documents you need (e.g. Superbill) to file a claim with your insurance company for reimbursement.
24-Hour Accessibility—So many of our clients report the hours of phone tag they played with other providers just to get basic records. Our client portal is avaiable to you 24 hours a day 7 days per week. We hope that this eliminates the need to go back and forth to get what you need. You don’t have to wait until office hours or after the holidays are over to access the information you need. Simply login anytime that works for you.
